Keith’s entrepreneurial endeavors include founding Warranty of America and A/C Innovations (which owns patents for an innovative water-based filtration system that replaces the billions of air filters that now litter landfills worldwide).

Keith also spent two years working at his father’s and sister’s certified public accounting firm, while also publishing and editing a South Florida regional weekly newspaper.

Keith currently serves on several boards, including ZOA (Florida), America-Israel Chamber of Commerce (Florida Chairman), and the Alliance of Blacks and Jews (Founder). Keith is also the creator of “Africa Bonds” which will fund socio-economic projects throughout Africa, as part of the Alliance of Blacks & Jews, where he is also part of the controlling group of the world’s largest conservation forest which will produce over $1B per year in carbon credit sales, as well as provide over 60 million Congo villagers with needed schools, hospitals, roads, bridges, electricity and clean water.

From 2014-2020, Keith served as Chief Counsel to a small family office with extensive real estate holdings and a dozen operating companies, including Advanced Loan Technologies, Debt.com and FinancialApps.com.

Presently, Keith consults with targets and founders on Spacs, helps innovative technology companies raise necessary capital, and assists executives and small companies grow their businesses.

Adam N. Pollock is a business consultant, attorney, investor, and entrepreneur with a broad and deep business background. From founding start-ups to working with Fortune 500 companies,


Adam is Co-Founder of Corporate Counsel, LLC a business consulting firm that focuses on increasing business productivity and profitability through proven enterprise management processes.


He continues to passively manage Para Services Group, an investment company with interests in Farming, Housing, Lending, Start-ups, and Real Estate.
Previously, he co-founded Biscayne Atlantic, a Florida based Commercial Real Estate Investment Firm that acquired, managed and sold a diverse portfolio of real estate assets, including hotels, shopping centers, multi-family towers and high rise condominium projects.

Upon his relocation to South Florida in 2004, Adam served as Senior Project Manager and Senior Counsel for the Related Group, the largest condo developer in the world where he led the condo-conversion division. Among his responsibilities was managing the condo conversion, renovation, marketing and sales of three ocean-front high rise buildings located in Bal Harbour and Hollywood which produced over $500 million in revenues.

Adam Co-Founded:
• Pollock Reidbord Krasnow, a Pittsburgh based commercial law firm that represented clients such as PNCBank, Dollar Bank, and Mellon Bank. (Adam also served as Special In House Counsel to CBS/Westinghouse):
• Bridgepath, a VC funded, San Francisco based Internet software company catering to the staffing industry, which was later sold to a larger software company; and
• Pittsburgh Urban Magnet Project (PUMP), a 501c-3 non-profit organization with thousands of members, formed to keep and attract young people to Pittsburgh.

 
Earlier in his career, Adam was recruited by the then largest water company in the world, Vivendi/US Filter, where he served as Senior Project Manager tasked with privatizing water and waste-water systems throughout the United States. Adam and the team he built in Atlanta (including former Mayor Shirley Franklin), successfully privatized the local waste-water system.
